The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications and intravenous fluids while managing pharmaceutical care plans. They perform pharmacotherapy consultations, monitor renal dosing, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must hold a Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) and be licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Prior hospital experience is required for this role.
Education/Training Pharmacy degree (Bachelor of Science or PharmD) required.
Licensure/Certification Must be licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy, renewed every two years.
Experience Hospital experience.
