The Medication Aide is responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents while documenting effects and communicating concerns to wellness leadership. Additionally, they support residents with activities of daily living to maximize independence and preserve dignity.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and hold required CBRF certifications, including Medication Administration. Prior direct care experience is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.
