Salary
$17 - $18 / HOUR
The CNA provides essential support by assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. They are also responsible for monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
Applicants must hold a valid CNA certification in the state of California and a CPR certification. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
The CNA provides essential support to our nursing team by assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will play a critical role in maintaining dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff Assist with mobility, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises Maintain clean and safe resident environments Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Ensure proper documentation and follow care plans Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in the state of California CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to quality care Why Join Sierra Valley Rehab Center?
