The Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians. Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SSBH. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

  • Licensure: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required and able to produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation

This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation is $40.00 - $55.00 hourly + up to $9,000 retention bonus annually! Requirements
