Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living Facility – Per Diem
Schedule: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays 7am to 5 pm

NYS LPN license
CHHA Experience preferred.
Home Care experience a plus
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent Clinical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
