The role involves carrying out therapeutic interventions and co-leading treatment groups for psychiatric patients within a unit milieu. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, managing crisis situations, and documenting responses to interventions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is required, though other degrees with four years of related experience may be considered. BLS certification is mandatory for this position.

Works Under The Direct Supervision Of A Registered Nurse.
