The LPN provides direct patient care, including recording vitals, administering medications, and assisting providers with examinations and treatments. They are also responsible for managing laboratory specimens, documenting patient records, and coordinating follow-up appointments.
Candidates must be a high school graduate with a current LPN license and BLS certification. One to three years of relevant experience is preferred.
