Salary
$16 - $19 / HOUR
Provide direct care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and repositioning. Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid South Carolina CNA certification and current CPR certification. Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct care to residents, supporting their daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times Qualifications: CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina) Current CPR Must be at least 18 years old Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for serving an underserved population Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
