• Week 1:
• Mon (8a-4p),
• Tue-Thu (10a-6p),
• Sat (4p-Midnight)

• Independence: Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings.

• Support: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed).

Advocate

Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met.

Connect

Transport clients to appointments and local events. What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
