The Registered Nurse provides competent nursing care in the Cardiac ICU, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care. Responsibilities include managing high-acuity patients with heart failure, sepsis, and shock, while serving as part of the hospital's Medical Response Team.
Candidates must hold a Virginia RN license and an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a BSN or MSN preferred. Required experience includes ICU experience or a minimum of one to two years in Intermediate, Stepdown, Medical/Surgical, or ED care.
