Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care and education Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and co-diagnosis Educate patients on oral-systemic health Recommend and schedule continuing care appointments Assist with maintaining hygiene supplies and operatory readiness Prepare for upcoming patient schedules and treatment needs Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create an outstanding patient experience Schedule & Office Hours Open to full or part-time opportunities Monday – Thursday7:15 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional Friday7:15 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $55–$75/hour DOE Incentive-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Team lunches Professional, supportive work environment About Our Practice Dr. Tim Rolfes and Dr. Tom Rolfes lead a modern, comprehensive restorative practice dedicated to delivering exceptional dentistry in a warm and welcoming environment.
