As an Advanced Practice Nurse at Katy Trail Community Health, you will start each day by engaging with patients, assessing their needs, and providing comprehensive care.

Your daily responsibilities include conducting thorough physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans.
