• What you'll do
• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care using the 8‑step Guided Biofilm Therapy protocol
• Utilize Airflow, Perioflow, and Piezon technologies for biofilm and calculus management
• Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and individualized patient education
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow all infection‑control standards
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with GBT and hygiene best practices

• What we're looking for
• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of New Mexico
• Passion for preventive care, patient education, and minimally invasive dentistry
• Interest or experience in Guided Biofilm Therapy (training provided if needed)
• Strong communication skills and a warm, patient‑focused approach
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
• Comfort using digital charting and modern dental technology
