Provide direct patient care and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu for youth with psychiatric and behavioral disorders. Responsibilities include recording vital signs, conducting observation rounds, and facilitating therapeutic group sessions.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in a mental health field is preferred. Candidates should ideally have experience with behavioral health patients and must obtain CPR and aggression management certifications within 90 days.
Education: High school diploma/GED required. BA or BS Degree in a related mental health field is preferred.
