The Physical Therapist is responsible for implementing skilled therapy services, evaluating patients, and developing treatment and discharge plans. They also supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and contribute to overall case management for senior residents.
Candidates must be licensed therapists capable of adhering to state regulations concerning physical therapy services. The role requires the ability to maintain positive interactions with patients and staff within a senior care setting.
