Requirements summary
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license in Missouri. Previous experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting and IV certification are preferred.

Required effective 9/1/20: Graduated from or Completion of a formal MA training program that included pharmacology class, anatomy/physiology, the basics of medication administration, and completion of a clinical externship.

Preferred: Previous experience in health care setting, particularly in an ambulatory clinic setting

Description: The LPN performs administrative duties that include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records. Clinical duties will include measuring and recording vital signs, collecting demographics and medical information including review of medication list, preparing patients for examination, cleaning rooms and equipment and stocking supplies. This position will involve the administration of medications as ordered by the physician. Performs specific competencies as directed by the department.Education:
Required: Graduate of an state board accredited practical nursing program
