The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting functional assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical and mental well-being. They must collaborate with healthcare teams and provide supervision to assistants while maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a Bachelor's degree with five years of direct practice experience. A current state license and proficiency in applying occupational therapy principles to patient populations are required.

Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients. Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes. Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
