The Employment Specialist helps individuals with mental health barriers find and maintain permanent employment. They provide support and guidance based on the belief that work aids in managing mental illness.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a clear criminal background, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. A bachelor's degree in social services or one year of field experience is preferred.
