The Occupational Therapist implements skilled therapy services, evaluates patients, and develops initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and contributing to case management.
Candidates must be able to adhere to state regulations concerning occupational therapy and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff. The role requires the ability to provide quality care within a senior resident facility setting.
