Occupational Therapist Neulife Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Louisiana. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients, helping them to regain and improve their daily living and work skills. This role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Evaluate clients' physical and mental condition to determine the level of impairment and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide therapeutic activities designed to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support patient recovery. Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery strategies.
Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Louisiana. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in rehabilitation or related healthcare settings preferred. Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt therapies to patient needs.
