The Office Administrator manages daily operations, including office equipment maintenance, petty cash, and supply procurement. They also handle incoming calls, coordinate scheduling for clinical sessions, and support the transition to digital documentation.
Requires at least one year of experience in office administration, preferably within behavioral health or healthcare. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background checks.
Maintain office equipment, including time clock kiosks, copiers, printers, and landlines. Manage petty cash, prepare reports, and maintain accurate, compliant accounting records. Monitor and reorder office supplies proactively to ensure the office remains fully stocked. Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and timely assistance. Support event planning and management, collaborating with internal and external partners. Coordinate family session scheduling with the clinical team and communicate with outside vendors and contract labor. Promote a safe, collaborative work environment by supporting risk‑assessment efforts and driving the transition from paper to digital documentation systems.
1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role required. Preferred experience in behavioral health or healthcare Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude. Technology Proficient: Skilled in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills. Hold valid driver license and able to pass state and federal background checks
