Administers radiopharmaceuticals and uses radioisotope equipment to detect or treat diseases through imaging and tracer studies. Coordinates patient flow, maintains quality control, and documents all radioactive material surveys.
Requires a diploma or certificate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine school and OBMI licensure in Oregon. Certification by ARRT or NMTCB is also required.
