Provide compassionate personal care and supportive services to end-of-life patients in their residences. Assist with activities of daily living and follow individualized plans of care to maintain patient dignity and comfort.
Must be a certified nurse's aide (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for Ohio with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience in home or hospice care is a plus.

The Hospice Aide provides compassionate personal care and supportive services to patients in their place of residence. This role assists individuals who are nearing end of life, helping maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. The Hospice Aide is an essential member of the care team and delivers care in alignment with the patient’s individualized Plan of Care.
This role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families through highly sensitive and meaningful experiences.
