The LPN supports medical providers by preparing patients for visits, performing clinical procedures, and managing patient flow. Responsibilities include administering vaccines, conducting in-house labs, and maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current valid license to practice in New York State. One year of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to work with diverse populations.
Description The LPN will work as a member of the Clinical Care Team, assisting medical providers in direct patient care and maintaining processes that result in efficient, high quality nursing and medical care.
