Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

Requires a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Candidates must be licensed in the state, hold Basic Life Support certification, and be ASHA certified or eligible for a Clinical Fellowship.
