• Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in St. Louis, MO. Contract Details Days, 8; Must be willing to float between Atrium and Aspen; 35 hours GTD Start Date: 7/13/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: St. Louis, MO Hourly Pay: $ 30.50 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2161.00 Dress Code: Scrubs Non-billable hours: 8 hours Key Responsibilities: Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports. Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board. Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions. Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients' (residents) levels of functioning. Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of OT experience; 2 years preferred Must have LTC or SNF experience MO State License is required Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
