The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care and supports clinic flow by preparing examination rooms and taking vital signs. They serve as a liaison between patients and providers while maintaining accurate health records and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Candidates must have a Medical Assistant certification/diploma, current AHA CPR certification, and at least 3 years of direct patient care experience. Proficiency in EHR systems and experience working with the LGBTQ community are highly valued.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm

The Medical Assistant serves as an integral member of the health services team by stocking and preparing supplies and equipment, providing direct patient care, supporting clinic flow, coordinating and promoting continuity of care, facilitating appropriate delivery of health services, coordinating consultations, and serving as an intermediary between patients and their healthcare provider as part of a multidisciplinary care team to provide a range of patient care services.
