Home Care Aide

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and errands to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to care plans and follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Must pass background checks and any required certifications.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks.
