Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
