Job Summary Urgent Care Physician, Mass General Brigham - Pembroke & S. Weymouth, MA The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. • Community: Full Time & Part Time Urgent Care Physician Opportunities – South of Boston Mass General Brigham is seeking both Full Time & Part Time Board Certified / Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians to join our Urgent Care Centers in South Weymouth and Pembroke, MA, conveniently located just 30 minutes south of Boston. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-acuity, hands-on care in a fast-paced yet well-supported urgent care setting, while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong compensation, and a truly collaborative team environment. Why You’ll Love This Role Apply your emergency department skill set in a dynamic urgent care model Care for a broad spectrum of patients with acute illness, injury, and procedural needs Practice within a highly respected, fully integrated Mass General Brigham system Enjoy a sustainable pace that supports quality care and work–life balance Clinical Environment & Support Collegial care team of MDs, NPs, and PAs Manage an average of 2–3 patients per provider per hour
