Overview We are looking for kind and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to assist with short shifts (2hour-6 hour) in the Barnstable area. Join our team of professional healthcare staff. You will assist patients with daily tasks while making a meaningful difference in their lives. This position involves providing care across diverse healthcare settings, including home care, long term care, acute, sub-acute, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, and assisted living facilities. Assist patients short term while making a long lasting impact!

Responsibilities: You will assist with one or more of the following on each shift:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Meal Prep: Planning, cooking, and feeding according to specific dietary restrictions.
Assisting with transportation for errands, doctor’s visit, outings etc.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
