We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is not an entry-level role—you should be comfortable managing complex cases independently while working within a team-based care model.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders Provide medication management, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Provide care via both in-person and telehealth settings Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Provide TMS and Spravato treatment for patients. Active PMHNP license and Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) Minimum 3+ years of psychiatric Nurse Practitioner clinical experience (PMHNP) - REQUIRED Experience with substance use disorders and MAT DATA 2000 Waiver (X-waiver) or willingness to obtain DEA license and prescriptive authority Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth platforms Bonus If You Have
