Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program and hold a current LPN license in Pennsylvania. Previous experience in nursing, mental health, and medical facilities is preferred.

The LPN will be working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with a mental illness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for physical illnesses, and educate residents on healthy living and medication use.
