Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity Perspective Health | Integrative & Functional Medicine About Us Perspective Health is a growing integrative health clinic combining primary care, functional medicine, hormone optimization (HRT), and medical weight loss, along with advanced therapies such as HOCATT.
We are committed to delivering comprehensive, root-cause, and relationship-based care that bridges conventional and integrative medicine.
Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services within our integrative clinic model.
This position will start part-time with a clear pathway to full-time as patient demand grows.
The ideal candidate values both evidence-based medicine and a more holistic, patient-centered approach.
You will play a key role in managing acute concerns, chronic disease, and preventive care, while collaborating closely with our team on HRT, functional medicine, and metabolic health.
Key Responsibilities Primary Care Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan (adult-focused optional) Conduct acute care visits (URI, UTI, minor injuries, infections, etc.) Manage chronic conditions, including: Hypertension Diabetes / insulin resistance Hyperlipidemia Thyroid disorders Obesity Perform annual exams and preventive care visits Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans Integrative Collaboration Collaborate with team on: Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) Functional medicine cases Weight loss and metabolic optimization Incorporate lifestyle, nutrition, and root-cause approaches into care plans Support patients in long-term health optimization, not just disease management Patient Experience & Care Coordination Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and prevention Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care Ideal Candidate Licensed NP or PA with active, unrestricted license Strong foundation in primary care and chronic disease management Comfortable managing acute visits independently Interest in integrative, functional, and hormone-based care Excellent communication and patient rapport skills Growth-minded and adaptable in a fast-evolving practice Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in: Integrative or functional medicine Hormone therapy (HRT) Weight loss management Telehealth experience (if applicable) Comfort interpreting more advanced or specialty lab panels Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start, with transition to full-time Flexible scheduling options Compensation based on experience (hourly or salary structure possible) Why Join Perspective Health?
