Geriatric Nursing Assistants will assist nursing staff with resident activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, while also performing vital signs and observing changes in resident condition. They are responsible for completing required documentation promptly, providing companionship, ensuring resident safety, and helping to keep residents active and engaged.
