Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Beverly, Massachusetts.

• 00
• AM-4:00 PM hours
• Three community-based days weekly
• Two remote workdays weekly
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary

• $84,000-$108,000 annually based on experience

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years RN experience REQUIRED
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently in community settings REQUIRED
• Team-based care approach REQUIRED
• Comfortable with hybrid remote/community workflow REQUIRED BILINGUAL SPANISH REQUIRED
