Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. CPR/FA and NCI certifications are required, though on-site training is available.

Alpha Management Services, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Living and Supports (CLS) services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on supporting individuals in the home and community to build independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities for CLS services
1 support in the home and community setting Assist and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping) Encourage community integration (outings, social activities, volunteering) Implement goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) Use prompting, modeling, and teaching strategies to promote independence Maintain a safe and supportive environment Complete accurate and timely documentation (daily service notes, EVV) Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members Key Responsibilities for CLS services · Provide supervision and care in the home and/or community setting · Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, meals as needed) · Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment · Engage individuals in recreational and social activities · Follow the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and caregiver instructions · Monitor for health, safety, and behavioral concerns and report as needed · Maintain professional boundaries while working in the home · Complete accurate and timely documentation (service notes) · Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
