Responsibilities

· Assess client strengths, risks, barriers, and support systems · Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed · Provide remote clinical therapy to clients in Louisiana · Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps · Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing · Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program · Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services · Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication · Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Bring your clinical social work supervision-level experience to a remote role with clear expectations.
