Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location and Role Details Location: Owensboro, Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary In this role, you will provide therapy through secure virtual sessions while keeping the experience personal and professional. Your sessions will center on assessment, counseling, goal-setting, coping skills, and progress clients can carry into daily life. The position is listed in Owensboro, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. Responsibilities

· Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes · Use evidence-informed counseling approaches that match the client's goals · Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate · Communicate clearly and professionally in all client-facing documentation · Active Kentucky LPCC license in good standing · Ability to build rapport through video sessions and maintain a consistent full-time schedule · Comfort supporting adult clients with a range of behavioral health concerns · Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field · Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours If your next role needs to feel organized, ethical, and client-centered, this opportunity may be a fit.
