Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Administer medication reminders and monitor client health. Document and report any changes in client condition to the care team. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals for optimal care. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
