The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for accurately dispensing medications and providing counseling to patients within a community health setting. They collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy and ensure compliance with 340B and regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a current, active Florida Pharmacist License. Experience in outpatient, community health, or 340B pharmacy settings and familiarity with EHR systems like Epic are preferred.

▶ Dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions, and verify proper dosage, interactions, and safety ▶ Provide medication counseling to patients and offer drug information and support to providers ▶ Supervise pharmacy technicians and coordinate pharmacy workflows for efficiency and quality ▶ Monitor inventory, order pharmaceuticals, and maintain compliance with 340B and regulatory standards ▶ Participate in medication reconciliation and work with care teams to optimize drug therapy ▶ Contribute to quality improvement efforts, patient safety programs, and pharmacy operational goals

▶ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution ▶ Current, active Florida Pharmacist License ▶ Experience in outpatient, community health, or 340B pharmacy settings preferred ▶ Strong communication skills and commitment to patient education ▶ Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (experience with Epic preferred)
