The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and reunification services for unaccompanied children in compliance with ORR policies. This includes conducting intake assessments, managing client files, and facilitating communication between families and sponsors.
A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are required. Preference is given to candidates with two years of case management experience in an ORR setting.

Qualifications: and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services or other relevant behavioral science required.
1. Additional degree/course work in related fields desirable.
2. 2 years previous Case Management experience in an ORR setting preferred.
3. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, read and write).
The Case Manager is required to maintain a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule and is subject to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call.
