Deliver high-quality primary care services including wellness exams, acute care for minor illnesses, and chronic disease management. Provide medical management for behavioral health and perform minor clinical procedures.
Requires a certified NP or PA with Full Practice Authority, active DEA registration, and CPR certification. Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience in primary or urgent care settings and a valid driver's license.

We deliver employer-based primary care that focuses on whole-person health, not occupational health services. This role is primarily based in Waupaca, with occasional coverage in Marinette, supporting care teams during PTO and continuing education. Schedules are thoughtfully planned to reduce excessive travel and avoid regular back-and-forth between Waupaca and Marinette and keep your days manageable. Travel support is provided as needed.
