Confidential Dental Assistant Opportunity Everett, Massachusetts A busy and growing dental practice in the Everett, Massachusetts area is seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled dental professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and able to help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process dental radiographs Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support infection control and OSHA compliance protocols Assist with scheduling coordination and clinical flow as needed Manage inventory and operatory supplies

Qualifications

Prior dental assisting experience preferred Current Massachusetts dental assisting certifications/licenses as required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and sterilization protocols Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced office Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements
