For additional flexibility we also include a TPN.health account or virtual continuing education Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after 180 days

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system. Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings. Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field. Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia. A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure. Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture. Caseload & Scheduling You will work side-by-side with our intake and referral team to build your client base. Full-time clinicians at our clinic typically maintain an average of ~25 completed sessions per week once fully established. Pace of growth depends on your scheduling availability and client demographics, but our marketing engine is optimized to get you busy fast.
