Market context

MRI tech roles need licensed radiology experience

In Mississippi, MRI tech openings often favor candidates who already hold ARRT registration, a Mississippi State Department of Health license, and recent radiology experience, since mid-shift coverage can be harder to staff. These roles are competitive because employers look for technologists who can work independently, maintain BCLS, and adapt to patient flow while supporting imaging quality. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and two years of radiology experience before applying.
