The Residential Aide is responsible for monitoring medications and maintaining program standards for adults with substance use disorders. They provide essential life skills training and facilitate educational groups to support residents' transitional living goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in human services. A valid driver's license is required, and CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

About the program: Oak Street
10 Bed Co-Ed Transitional Living Program for adults with Substance Use Disorders in Willimantic. Clients must attend outpatient treatment while in the program. Clients must have a discharge plan as it is a transitional living.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Human Services with responsible work history.
Valid driver’s license required with good driving record.
CPR & First Aid Certification required OR must obtain within 90 days of employment.

$19.2850/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
