Market context

PRN hospice LPNs see steady local need

In Minnesota, PRN hospice LPN and medication aide roles are often driven by patient volume, coverage gaps, and the need for flexible end-of-life care support. These positions can be competitive because employers look for an active, unencumbered LPN license, BLS certification, and prior nursing experience, while offering scheduling flexibility that can fit around RN coursework. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and hospice experience before applying.
