Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients. Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while utilizing AI-assisted tools for documentation.
Must possess an active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
