CHSI is a private, non-profit organization established in 1973 to serve the health needs of migrant & seasonal farm workers and their family members.
Today, CHSI has expanded its services and provides mental & physical healthcare to all individuals in our communities.
Our services are provided on a more affordable sliding fee scale to those who are underinsured or uninsured.
We also accept ND and MN Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans.
We currently operate four nurse-managed clinics, and two victim advocacy program centers.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a Per diem Mobile Health Dental Assistant to join our Willmar, MN team. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule based on mobile health operations and community need. Work is performed exclusively in mobile unit and community-based settings. Hours may include daytime mobile clinic coverage, outreach activities, and occasional evening, after-hours, and weekend events as needed.

bend and crouch occasionally, sit continuously and stand or walk frequently.
Employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Employee must be able to use hands/arms, feet/legs for repetitive fine to large motor skill movements.
• Certified in MN or graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
